The IDC2000 Lighting & Building Automation evaluation kit is a comprehensive environment for the IDC2000 family.
The kit, that will be available for order during Q4 2006, is a complete
hardware and software evaluation system that does not require any
software writing to implement a digital Electronic Ballast, in any
kind of desired power topology, and with any type of fluorescent
lamp. This kit dramatically shortens the learning curve, enabling
analog/Ballast engineers to rapidly implement digitally-controlled

The Evaluation Kit contains the following items:

The Software that is integrated with the Lighting Eval. kit
The Lighting PDK3-L Design Tool allows to configure the IDC2000 family to the desired ballast topology, control functions & performances
More than 70 configurable parameters are available to tune the control functions to the targeted specifications. The PDK allows to work in a protected environment and tune parameters on-the-fly.
PDK is capable to support any envisioned ballast configuration, type of lamps and combination of them. Design of single fixture or multi-fixture ballasts, dimmable or non-dimmable with up to 8 different separate lamps or group of lamps are available with the PDK3-L.
